01How long does it take to get started after I make an enquiry?
Fiona replies within two business days of your first email. After that, there is usually a short scoping call, followed by a written proposal. If the proposal works for you, the typical gap between signing and start date is two to three weeks, depending on Fiona's current schedule.
02Do you work with companies outside the UK?
Yes. Most of the work is done remotely, so location is not usually a barrier. Fiona has worked with teams based in Germany, the Netherlands, and Ireland. For engagements that involve on-site interviews or workshops, travel costs are agreed in advance and added to the project fee.
03What do you need from us before the first call?
It helps to have a rough sense of the problem you are trying to solve, but you do not need a polished brief. Fiona will ask for any existing documentation, org charts, or process notes before the scoping call, so she can come in with informed questions rather than starting from zero.
04Can we pay in instalments?
For engagements over £4,000, Fiona splits the fee into two invoices: fifty percent at the start and fifty percent at the midpoint. For shorter engagements, the full fee is invoiced at the start. Payment is by bank transfer; invoices are issued in GBP.
